WELCOME TO THE LANGLEY ACADEMY PRIMARY

Clubs

The Langley Academy Primary offers an extended school day through Breakfast and After-School Clubs. Both clubs are run by Academy staff, therefore providing continuity of care, provision and expectations.

For safety reasons, we operate a sign-in and sign-out system. Sessions MUST be booked in advance using our booking form and paying prior to the session using ParentPay. We are able to accept payment in the form of Childcare vouchers. Please contact Miss Kingsley, via clubs@langleyacademyprimary.org for any queries.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club operates from 7:45 – 8:35am. After setting the table, children are able to eat a healthy breakfast choosing from a range of cereals, toast, fruit, milk or water. Once the children have eaten they are able to choose from a range of quiet activities to prepare them for learning.

Each session costs £4.00

Please note, access to Breakfast Club is via the main entrance on Langley Road. You may park on site, in the Langley Academy Primary car park, providing you arrive before 8:15am.

After-School Club

After-School club is open from 3:20 – 5:45pm. The children are able to choose from a variety of activities to end their day. From 4pm, the children are given a light snack, toast with a variety of toppings, fruit, yoghurt, milk or water. Once they have finished eating, the children are given the opportunity to complete an adult-led activity, such as a craft project or learning to play board games. We recognise that by the end of the session, children are tired and keen to undertake a calm, reflective activity and staff often use stories to help with this.

After-school club costs: £4.00 before 4pm and £8.00 afterwards.

Please collect your child via the main pedestrian gate on Langley Road. If you arrive after 4:30pm, you may park in the TLAP car-park to collect your child. Access to cars will not be permitted before 4:30pm.
