Reception Highlights

This week, we celebrated Sue Hendrickson’s Birthday. We started by becoming Archaeologists and searching for bones outside. We then created our own dinosaurs using the bones we found. We also went over to TLA to look at the dinosaurs there, and we had a look at the fossils. We then created our own bones and fossils, as well as drawing our own dinosaurs. We then decided that as Sue Hendrickson loves the environment so much, that we would go on a litter pick around school to help all the animals that live here. We finished the day by making a flag for Hendrickson class based on her likes – Dinosaurs and Scuba diving. The stars represent each of the children in Hendrickson class, just like the stars on the flag of the USA.
