Nursery Highlights

Nursery have started their new story ‘Cave Baby’. We have learnt some new vocab words and had the first read of the story. The children have looked at who and what might live in caves, looked at different cave paintings, and made their own cave. They also made their own cave paintings by using different tools. We have made the most of the sunny weather, by playing in the mud kitchen, going for walks and making shadow pictures. The children then made their own shadow pictures using animals and different objects and, by using their own bodies. We have been looking at spring flow-ers, the different parts and painting with them.
