Discovery Days

Throughout the school year we hold a number of off timetable days where the whole school joins together to learn about themes, ideas and events. 

For World Book Day 2020, the children explored 'The Wind in The Willows', they learned about the story, explored animal habitats and were even visited by a motor car! Poop poop!

Some Discovery Days are based on school subjects like Penguin Maths Day or Emotions as part of our PSHE Curriculum. 

Other Discovery Days have been inspired by National and historical events like The Royal Wedding or the Anniversary of the end of World War One.
