This week, Year 1 have enjoyed exploring 100 objects in our school exhibition. They developed their questioning skills and chose their favourite objects, ranging from religious items and musical instruments to historical artefacts. We all learnt about church vestments and the children made their own stoles, inspired by one of the objects in the exhibit. Swimming is in full swing, and the children are all trying their best to improve their confidence in the water.

In Maths, Year 2 explored different ways to make 100, how many times they could write their name, or how many star jumps they could do in 100 seconds. They estimated how much they thought 100 jelly beans would weigh. The entire year group (including all the adults) were then given a piece of paper to decorate. There were 100 pieces in total which were then put together to make a poster making the number 100.
