Year One and Two HIghlights

In Year 1 this week, the children have worked hard to write persuasive letters. In Science, we have continued our learning about different types of animals and have learnt how to use a Venn diagram to group animals according to their common features. The children have enjoyed learning their number bonds to 10 and have used their knowledge of number bonds to solve problems in Maths.

This week, Year 2 had their winter dance show. We have been practising different dances to represent the different festivals of light. We performed this to the Year 2 parents and the children thoroughly enjoyed putting on their show.
