Nursery Highlights

Nursery have continued their text ‘The Squirrels who Squabbled’ and we have been looking at how we can make things easier, if we work together. The children have been showing some fantastic fine motor and mark making skills this week. They have been learning how to use scissors safely and how to cut paper. Some children have been role playing police officers and then making a list about what the ‘bad guys’ were seen doing. They came up with some great ideas, like “catching people and taking their toys” and they even decided how long they should have in prison! The children have started practising their Christmas songs and learning the actions. They have been listening really well and doing well with the lyrics too.
