Year Five and Six HIghlights

This week has been a busy final week of the Autumn term. On Monday the children performed carols to their families - it was fantastic to see how much effort they put in! On Wednesday, they enjoyed a festive meal as a Key Stage. The children were very proud to show off their homework during the family exhibition and on Friday they enjoyed a year group Christmas party to end the term.

Well done, Year 6, on another busy term. Despite finishing assessment week, we have managed to fit it in lots of fun, making Christmas hats, finishing projects, eating Christmas lunch and end of term parties. Year 6 have had a really productive term creating balanced arguments, adventure stories and writing persuasive letters. Be ready to receive some of those persuasive skills this Christmas holiday! Have a happy and restful break and be ready to come back to school ready to continue the hard work!
