This week in Year 5, the children used Digi maps to explore the historical changes of Stratford Upon Avon - the birthplace of William Shakespeare. The software allowed the children to view OS and satellite maps dating back to 1890. It was amazing to see all the children’s world book day costumes on Thursday, the children came in costumes representing a wide variety of literary and to see their love of reading.

This week in Year 6 we have learnt how to use the wonderful resources on the internet safely. In Science we are starting to look at the properties of light and how our eyes work. In Maths we are moving onto looking at converting between decimals, fractions and percentage. Some children represented us this week at a sports event and came back with a very impressive medal. Well done!
