Year One and Two Highlights

This week Year 1 have worked hard to make improvements to the story map by using alliteration. In Science, we have been learning about Spring and Summer. The children have enjoyed putting their rain gauges in the ground and are very keen to check the amount of rainfall each day.

In Year 2 we have been learning to use sketching skills to draw an old toy. The children have been learning to develop their skills in drawing lines, shading and looking at shape. They practised these skills by last week and used their knowledge to draw their toy this week.
