Year Five and Six Highlights

It's been another lovely week in Year 5. To start the week, the children enjoyed sharing what they did for their Eid celebrations with one another. On Tuesday, some of the children took part in a drama workshop which focused on space exploration - linking back to our Science-fiction topic. In Art, the children enjoyed experimenting with perspective proportion and illusion on Sarah Eisenlohr's work. In English, the children used their devices to work collaboratively on the features of a newspaper report and wider research on the Hidden Figures.

This week in Year 6, all of the children have continued to prepare for their SAT’s with additional revision lessons. In writing, we have continued to explore adventure texts and will soon be writing their own exciting narratives. Thank you to all the parents for all the additional support you have offered
