Year One and Two Highlights

Year 1 have had a very busy first week of half term getting back into their phonics routines. In maths the children have enjoyed working in groups to measure and compare the capacity and volume of different containers. They have begun learning about London landmarks and have worked hard to find out information about their favourite landmark. They really enjoyed drawing a skyline of London.

Cousteau had a lovely day learning all about their class birthday. They shared the costumes they came in and were very excited to share their home learning with their peers. The children also created 3D fact files in groups to share all the learning about Cousteau. For the Wisley Gardens trip please ensure children have a small backpack, a hat and apply suncream before coming to school.
