Year One and Two Highlights

This week, Year 1 have been improving in their writing and Maths whilst learning all about animal diets and ariel views. Parliament week has taught us all about what parliament do and laws We had a debate about whether we should have school on the weekends and felt like we were in the house of commons ourselves using lots of persuasive language!

Year 2 have been focusing on our school value for this half term which is kindness. They have been talking about ways to look after each other and other people and trying to do random acts of kindness to make people feel good. Hopefully they have been doing these at home too.
