This week in Year 3, we learned about how marriage and weddings. In Science, we did an investigation about whether all metals were magnetic. We discovered that many metals are magnetic but not all. In History, we learned about the Great Exhibition through examining primary and secondary sources. In PSHE, children practiced mindfulness including yoga, walking and colouring.

It has been a busy week for Year 4. They have completed their graphic novels in English and have immediately begun work on shape poetry. In Maths, they have been applying skills to problem solving. In Science, the children made their own Water Cycles in sandwich bags, which brings the topic to a close. In Computing, the children have been developing their skills when using Excel, to record and present data. Also, this week the children learnt about mummification in History.
