Year One and Two Highlights

This week, a group of children in Year 1 have been planning a charity food collection for the local food bank during Free Flow. On Thursday (15th July), these children will be exchanging a food bank donation for a hair style, painted nails or a transferrable tattoo. If your child would like to participate, please bring in a tin of something (tomatoes, beans, tuna) or dried goods (pasta, rice, lentils). Due to bubble restrictions this is limited to Year 1 children. The children are very excited for you to visit their charity salon!

This week in Year 2 we have been creating our own terracotta warriors. We have designed our own based off the real historic landmark based in the Shaanxi province. The children learnt to roll, squeeze and mould into shape whilst also using carving tools to add detail to the armour
